Con el Programa de Movilidad Cultural del Fondo Transborder, Fondo Mobility, fomentamos el intercambio de públicos entre el centro y las periferias de Juárez. Para ello, colaboramos con la Red de Museos y Centros Culturales de Ciudad Juárez con quienes intentamos promover los valores del patrimonio cultural y artístico de la ciudad al facilitar el acceso a la cultura desde poblaciones históricamente desatendidas con especial énfasis en las periferias y zonas vulneradas, contribuyendo así a la formación de nuevos públicos y el reconocimiento a diversidad de expresiones.
Así mismo, buscamos visibilizar la cultura y el arraigo propio de comunidades que tradicionalmente han sido ignoradas y estigmatizadas. Para ello, buscamos centros comunitarios, galerías independientes y eventos culturales que operan en oposición y a pesar de la hegemonía cultural en la frontera, lejos del centro histórico y la zona norte de la ciudad. Hasta allá queremos llevar públicos de zonas privilegiadas para generar encuentros y la posibilidad de redes de apoyo colaborativo.

With the Transborder Fund's Cultural Mobility Program, Fondo Mobility, we encourage the exchange of audiences between the city center and the peripheries of Juarez. To this end, we collaborate with the Network of Museums and Cultural Centers of Ciudad Juarez with whom we seek to promote the values of the cultural and artistic heritage of the city by facilitating access to culture from historically neglected populations with special emphasis on the peripheries and vulnerable areas, thus contributing to the development of new audiences and the recognition of the diversity of expressions.
We also seek to bring to light the culture and roots of communities that have traditionally been ignored and stigmatized. For this, we seek community centers, independent galleries and cultural events that operate in opposition to and in spite of the cultural hegemony on the border, far from the historic center and the northern part of the city. Up there is where we want to bring audiences from privileged areas to generate encounters and the possibility of collaborative support networks.
